In your country there may be value in marrying a virgin.
Here in the west, it's an interesting asset...but not something to brag about. I would rather be with a woman that knew what she was doing and was confident in her sexuality - rather than discover enormous problems sexually - after marriage...because here in the West...a mistress or second woman is frowned upon.

In America most women loose it when their 12. It is a right to passage for most girls here. They just let any guy have it and are in a rush to give it away. But it is so sad that this happens. In the end the girl really regrets loosing it at such a young age. I tend to think that this may be the reason why devorce is so rampant in America. Women do not treasure their virginity or making love. I also think the media has a big part to do with it. Also the removal of God from our schools and our government. We are on a path to destruction. Be strong and save yourself for marriage.

yes as then they know they are the first, and the woman will know no other, so then she thinks her man is the best ,if she has had sex with another be for marrage ,then hes left woundering if she has had it better ,
but in general over here england we really dont mind much as if we love someone then thats all that matters ,
if they have had other sexual partners then thats fine as long as they now only stay with there new patner, and not go and sleep with another person ,with out us talking it over first, and some couples have what we call an open relationship, where they as a couple will together are free to sex with either another person or people ,its all a bit free range over here, basically now days anything normally is ok ,we are becoming very open minded, but saying that there are still those that never stray and always stay faithful to their partners ,which is what i still feel is right,

A lot of men love virgins, but to wait until marriage. Hummm, that is another subject, to get a man to wait that long is a challenge. So, I would have to say, No. Not here. They are to eager and if you are not giving it out, most of the time they take it personally, and don't stick around. If you do find a man to wait for you then one of two things, He is a keeper, or he has been cheating on you. Good for you and your modesty!

I AM SURE MOST MEN WOULD PREFER TO MARRY A VIRGIN, BUT SINCE THEY DO NOT PRACTICE ABSTINENCE, IT IS NOT WHAT THEY SHOULD BE EXPECTING. IT IS NOT SO FROWNED UPON THESE DAYS FOR COUPLES TO BE INTIMATE BEFORE MARRIAGE. IT MIGHT BE NICE TO HAVE BOTH MAN AND WIFE PURE ON THE WEDDING DAY, BUT IT MIGHT ALSO BE A LITTLE AWKWARD, NOBODY KNOW WHAT TO DO. IN ASIA , DON'T MEN HAVE MANY RELATIONSHIPS INSIDE OF MARRIAGE? AND THEY WANT A VIRGIN!!!!

I think a man would think it's strange if a woman was still a virgin by the time she married, wonder what's wrong w/her.

I say NO. Only certain fetishists want a virgin. Think about it. Why would a guy want to marry a virgin? So he can be the one to give her a painful first time. It is downright sadistic.

What has gone before is called history. You can't undo it or return it or anything. From the point of marriage forward you are united as one and new history begins. Forget double standards and what the world thinks.

A man can't tell a "virgin" from a watermelon, you don't have to worry about things like that, your ok just the way you are. Any man that requires crap like that of someone needs to spend his life alone anyway.

I think most modern Americans would prefer a woman with experience, therefore not virgin.
