No, but both Islam and Christianity can be exploited by extremists.
So I ask you.
Is Terrorism in Christianity?
The firsts acts of terrorism were committed during the Crusades. Although they used conventional warfare against the armies of opposing Islamic states, the Crusaders used terrorist tactics against innocent and helpless common people because they were followers of Islam.
In some cases, innocent Christians were killed because they happened to be Arab (Racial Profiling).
The Crusaders were Terrorists and they were Christian.
Does that mean Terrorism is in Christianity?
I don't think so.
It all comes down to my original point. Christianity and Islam can be exploited by extremists(or fundamentalists).

Emphatically NO. The basis of Islam is "peace." Men with ulterior motives have given Islam a bad name. The true terrorist remain cowards and hide behind things that produce mass followings, while they reap the so called benefits$$$$. The Holy Quran does NOT teach that type of violence. I am not a muslim, but I studied the faith for 4 years. You study, and come to your own conclusion.

No Terrorism in Islam:
"There is no compulsion in religion (Islam). Verily, the right path (Islam-Monotheism) has become distinct from the wrong path (Polytheism), whoever disbelieves in "Taguth" (all false Gods) and believes in Allah (only God), and then he has grasped the most trustworthy-handhold that will never break. And Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower" (Qur'an 2:256). The only times in which Islamic believers are allowed to take up arms are when they are defending their own lives and the lives of their people. When they See the weak being oppressed in acts of tyranny, and when they are prohibited from practicing their religion. Aside from these circumstances, there is no legitimate fighting in Islam.

No.
Islam is the religion of peace not war or terror.
But muslims should selfdefend.
JEHAD means self defence and if muslims are under attack they have to defend themselves. It doesnt mean wholy war , there is no war in Islam.
Terrorism in any name, any religion and any race cant be muslim.
"But please try to understand what terrorism mean , it doesnt mean any body against you or any body disagree with you "
