I think girls like to chat with their boyfriends. Many times they may not even pay attention to who else is around. Or sometimes it might be purely to make others jealous. When would you prefer they chat with their boyfriends?

They want to be sure that everyone's attention is on them and to be sure that everyone notes that they have a boyfriend.
Pretty sad little life if that is the only thing they can do to get any recognition. Pretty sad little life if that is the only talent they have. Ignore them and let them go talk to their boyfriends all by themselves. If that really was their intention, then they should welcome the privacy.
