Are you serious?

First off, call 911, if you haven't already. Make sure they are sending an ambulance for you.
Secondly, stay calm. Encourage your friend to take deep, slow breaths. Stay with her. Make sure that 911 knows where your house is. Tell them the color of your house, what kind of cars are parked in front of it, so they can identify it easily. Make sure the door is unlocked so they can get it. When the paramedics arrive, be honest about what you were doing. They aren't going to judge you, they just need to know so they can treat your friend appropriately.
Thirdly, helium can be a dangerous substance to get high off of.
There is this thing called Sudden Sniffing Death Syndrome, which means that when you get high off helium, or other inhalants, you can die suddenly and without warning, whether it's the first time you got high, or the fifteenth. I know you probably don't want a lecture, but I'd be remiss if I didn't give you some info on the dangers of inhalants. Here are some websites if you are interested: http://www.inhalants.org/product.htm http://www.inhalants.org/about.htm
Good luck with everything, I'm sure your friend wil be OK once she gets to the hospital.

Call 911 immediately.
Helium displaces oxygen in the lungs....therefore she didn't get enough oxygen. Ok for most but extremely dangerous for someone with asthma!!

Don't people generally call 911 for crap like this rather than wait for the almighty internet to answer them?

I hope you called 9-11. Who would possibly ask a forum about a medical emergency? You're funny though!
