like it's been sych a long time i've excercised so i need some tips...i need to loose my belly...any specif excircise? i know crunches help but anything else? what about my back..dude my back is fat! total shock! so please give as much info as u can! thank you! oh PS: i have ankle porbs so running i really dont want to do.
