Start going to bed earlier. I don't think you have much choice but to adjust do you?

Two weeks before school starts I have the children go to bed at 8:30 p.m. and rest till 9:00. then turn the lights out. I get them up at the normal time I do for school during this time so they get use to it. Which is 7:30 a.m. This gives them time to get ready for school, have breakfast and a little play time before the bus arrives.

Go to sleep earlier. If you can't sleep, take sleeping pills. Drink coffee in the morning.
