The size of the portion depends entirely upon the level of activity and type of activity. 20-25oz in a day is not unreasonable if you training for competitive sports.

i just had a .83 lb rib eye the other day for dinner cooked med rare. it was all i had. some may say it is too much. i say its just right. to help digest this much meat, i also take enzymes or have grapefruit juice to drink. as long as your body can break down the meat MY PERSONAL OPINION is one can never eat too much meat !
