im keep on eating junk food and i cant stop eating

Well, it sounds like you know exactly what you NEED to do, it's HOW to do it. I would go to the grocery store, and buy lots of really great fruits that you enjoy. Grapes, apples, whatever you like! Then buy some salad stuff and for now, since you are still trying to wean yourself from junk food, get some salami and cheese to put in your salad. And get a couple snacks. Now when I say snacks, I mean the FDA's definition of snacks: 100 calories. So, here are a couple of snacks I get.

Sugar Free pudding (60 calories)
Low Fat Chips (Usually 14-17 chips equal 150 calories...so you have to adjust the serving size to be about 100 calories)
Apples! (Large apple is 100 calories)

And, I'm not going to lie. Those first few days are going to stink. You are going to feel fatigued, hungry for junk food, and probably cranky, but you gotta get over the hump! If you can't make it past the first few days this habit will be very very hard to quit. It's like when people detox off of sugar. They crave it sooo much, but after awhile of not having any, their body is okay and can function properly. Good luck!

Eat only junk foods that are the least unhealthy for you. There is even a "Junk Food Diet" book on the market. Try to stay away from foods cooked in fat, but those in veg. oils. Most fast food places now offer healthier choices, such as salads and sandwiches etc. Take the time to look for these dishes the next time you go to one. Try to ween your self off the junk foods and on to healthier foods - little by little. In fact why don't you just cook at home etc. where you have control over what you eat?

You need to buy healthy food and eat it first! Don't deprive yourself of all junk food just start with the good stuff. Then you won't feel the need to eat as much.
