when you copy and paste two documents on a file opened on MS WORD, the gaps between phrases is too much I want to minimize gaps in order to save paper while printing documentsl

Using justify makes gaps when end of paragraph is not correct - i.e you didn't hit enter after dot. Try using left for paragraphs, or use Show/hide button to edit and delete extra spaces.

There is a bottun called "line spacing" in the tool bar, select the space size you want.
