Eat foods high in fiber, beans, green veggies (esp. broccoli), drink lots of water. Try to stay away from a lot of dairy, for this can constipate you.

Drink a lot of water. Eat a lot of fruits prunes, plums, berries. Quit smoking pot or taking other drugs which can cause constipation; such as pain medication, meth or cocaine, antidepressants.

Eat fiber every day. Whole wheat cereal with 5 grams of fiber. Hot oatmeal, fruit, veggies.
