me and my boyfriend been going out 3 and 1/2 months and like i guess its ok, we talk on the phone everyt single day and like well this past month i notice we havent been going anywhere like he dont make suggestions and like when he does, it never happens, and like i make suggestons , it never happens, and im like askin why he dont want to go anywhere and he's like " i dont know , but i do want to go places with you. that dont sound very convincing to me, so what should i do, should i break up with him ,cuz yesterday on the phone i showed an attitude and got off the phone with him

uh first off aint non of yall makin a damn sense, i should of just told some ppl i knew cuz yall dont know my and my boi relationship. and he actually doesnt want to break , this is the longest relationship he's ever been in.

Girl before you break up with him sit him down and make him talk about tell him how you feel and all that and make him talk and if he eont tell you he isn't being honest, which means he isn't a good boyfriend. But after the talk is when you need to sit on your own and figure things out the make your mind up keep him or dump him. But you need his side of the story becuz maybe he thinks you are doing something wrong.

For one stop using the word "like" so much.
Now to your question. I think that if a guy doesnt want to be seen in public with you, its a sign he doesnt really want to be with you. What is the point of being with someone if they dont want to be with you.... conversations on the phone can be fun and interesting... but unless you enjoy each others company and spend quality time together your relationship isnt going to work.
