1.5 incline/2.7 speed. Is this a good way to start? I thought maybe 3X week. Should i do one or the other first? I am overweight and NEVER excersise, so i really need help! Thanx!!

Yeah that sounds just about right. Later on you'll be able to extend your workouts the more you work out and may even wanna squeeze another day in. After you work out sit in the suana for like 15-20 mintues to loose some water weight.

The most important thing that you can do is to start at a level where you are comfortable and can complete your exercises. Build up gradually and increase intensity as your strength and stamina increase. You really need to drink a lot of H2O and work on eating healthier if you don't do so already. If you have ANY concern for your health while exercising, consult your doctor, it's usually recommended prior to starting an exercise regimen.
