Infants do indeed have free will, they are simply not conscious of it yet. Every soul has free will and it is not something that we only have during this physical incarnation. We have it eternally. We choose, before we incarnate, what the major themes, issues and challenges of our lives will be, including who our parents and family will be.
It's easy to put the blame on God for all of our problems, since God makes a very big target, but the fact is that we are the authors of our own experiences, via God's gift of free will and hence, the universal law of attraction.
The universal law of attraction maintains that the vibrations we emit into the world via our conscious or unconscious beliefs, thoughts, emotions, words (written and verbal) and actions, and whether they are positive or negative, love-based or fear-based, lead to the events that we experience in return, in one form or another.
These vibrations occur singly, by individuals and collectively, by societies and cultures.
God gives free will and does not revoke or interfere with it, so it is a gift with a double-edged sword, so to speak. Once given, it is our responsibility. Not God's.

I hate this question... God is Just... before he is anything else. Life is life, it is a progression that was set into motion and it doesn't just stop.
personal indivisual experiences are in place to teach humans how to recognize and reach the soul. Some are brutal, some are natural, some are lovely.
Good could not exist without bad and it is ignorant to look at a situation so one sided and just blame it somehow on God who had nothing more to do with it than He would if it didn't happen at all.
This life and this world was given to us to teach us and grow us and for us to come toan understanding that there is so much more than just what our 5 senses experience. Soul... never dies and we only live a short time. There is a lesson in every tragedy, there is a circumstance that brings abput joy and possibility even in the darkest times of life if you look. Children are precious and it hurts like hell, it freaks you out and it makes you mad... yes even at God sometimes. I know, I lost a child in my 6th month of pregnancy that was taken to me by Nuns in a catholic hospital and shown to me dead....Against my will! I was 17 years old.
How do you justify that, how do you rationalize that? Blame is easy... acceptance is right and good for the heart and soul with the understanding that life is given to us and nothing more than circumstance guides it, navigates a soul through its time here. God doesn't kill babies. God gives us life, and it happens...

There not being a God is the only reasonable explanation. If God has the power and does nothing, then he is not benevolent. If he does not have the power, then he is not all-powerful. If God is letting it happen to "teach someone a lesson", then he is not benevolent.
Meanwhile, people credit God's direct intervention when they manage to escape a perilous situation...whether or not other people die with them.
Isn't it funny how God behaves exactly like something that doesn't exist?

You have a point here. According to popular belief, god works on a daily basis talking to our president, answering prayers, and helping pop stars win awards. But when it comes to an innocent child starving to death in Africa, or a child being born with a heinous and incurable disease, or a child being sexually or physically abused by a family member, god is absent. Perhaps god needs to get his priorities straight. Maybe he doesn't care too much for kids because they don't spend enough time worshiping him. If you read the bible you might just notice that god doesn't like kids at all. If someone wrongs god, he'll smite their children and their children's children, or he will take the children to punish the parent. (Lev 26:22,Psl 21:10) God drowned all the innocent babies and children in Noah's flood, and he killed all the innocent children that lived in Sodom and Gomorrah when he smote those people. If a child disobeys a parent, god orders them to be put to death (21:15 And he that smiteth his father, or his mother, shall be surely put to death.)
The more you read the parts of the bible they don't tell us about in church, the more the whole thing just sounds like a load of crap.

Why not ask- Why didn't god make us immortal? All religions are based on an all powerful Deity- and they do nothing to stop the suffering of the innocent (and they don't pay my bills or make my dinner) BTW''''''''' Is it to teach the innocent a lesson'''' or all of the sinners???? Without sinners who would the righteous save???? without sour ie (lemons) would we ever know sweet ie (sugar)????

There are many lessons to be learned by simply watching natural happening in nature. All things suffer, plants, animals, and the land. So, why would human beings be an exception to the laws of nature. Man in his sinful state does many things that are harmful with out regard to the creator of this Universe.

There is a reason for everything. God is not partial but he created Law of Karma. Suffering is a result of previous wrong acts, weather they were done on this life or in previous births. We should always do good Karmas with strong faith in God because only this can rise us spiritually and will avoid sufferings.

This question and many others like it have been asked since the beginning.
The answers are not forthcoming.
Why continue to ask?
You are not going to get the answers.
It is life.
What can I say.
Bad things happen.
I was abused if you must know, it is just the way things are.
I have survived.
I lived my life and am going to die like everyone else.
The why, why, why is not going to get you anywhere.

Why do people always say this, why doesn't anyone say thank god I am alive today. Thank you God my children are healthy, Thank you God I can see. Thank you God that I have a good job. Thank you God I have money etc.
God created us and knows what is best for us. If people obeyed and feared God as they should then we wouldn't have children abused or mistreated.

It is NOT God's Fault ! God is very angry and upset about this. We have kicked God out of our lives and we follow Satan. If you want to blame someone, blame Satan, his demons, and all those who obey him. The Bible says that God gave Man dominion over this world, but we turned around and gave our dominion to Satan. The Bible also says that Satan is the god of this world, but the good news is this. God is coming back soon and evicting Satan and all of his followers! We can avoid God's wrath by accepting His Forgiveness by accepting His Son, Jesus, as our Lord and Savior.
