My natural hair is chestnut brown but it is dyed light blonde with reddish blonde highlights, and the last time I tried to dye it back it had a greenish gray tone, so do I use a filler first or what!? Please help

The question of protection isn't interior the colour swap yet extremely how frequently you have been death your hair and how a good number of a habit are you in styling it on a daily basis (blowdrying, curling/straightening irons & styling products). in case you have been keeping the blonde colour each and every 6-8 weeks, and you styled your hair plenty, your hair could be somewhat frizzled. Then darkening it so heavily (extra advantageous than 2 colors) does not convey as plenty shine. So it could be plenty safer to have it professionally performed, as they have plenty extra suited conditioners to make it bright.

just start dyeing it a darker shade of blonde every 4-6 weeks and just keep going darkere and darker until you are at the color that you want. Here is a good hair dye. http://www.garnier100color.com/us/ I used it and it worked really well and didnt damage my hair. Good Luck! :)

use a Loreal super blond cream lightening kit, make sure the back reads 'enlightens natural or treated hair', so it will remove all the color, then use a chestnut color THEN stop doing any dyes ,because you can end up bald.

I have a hairdresser in the family. GO TO A SALON!!!! It may be more pricey, but doing it yourself can become costly if mistakes are made and you may have to end up going to a salon anyway to have it fixed. Good Luck!!
