There is a new restaurant on the Waterfront called Bordeaux Quay, have not eaten there yet but have heard good things! As much of the produce as possible is organic and locally sourced (within a 50 mile radius) and everything is as eco-friendly as possible e.g. tables and chairs made from sustainable wood sources.
