It seems such as you cope with dysthimia it is low grade continual melancholy. it is beneficial to think of approximately getting some help. What makes me satisfied my daughters, books and my canines. How does being satisfied sense, it feels sturdy it feels friendly and it makes me sense like my life is rather worth it. this is tough to describe happiness this is a few thing you desire to adventure for your self.

Star gazing, my niece allie, animals in general but my bassett hound flash, my cat humphrey bogart, my rats Egor and Lillyput.... people who believe in something and have opinions...skittles (I taste the rainbow frequently)... God.... random quotes that make you smile and think the rest of the day... Phil.... Good music and some pepsi with lime, Camping, Laughing till you fall out of your chair, writing something that someone reads and gets, My best friend heather, The emporers new Groove...magic.. should I go on.....

This morning my 4 year old girl walked into my room while I was still sleeping. She tapped me on my leg and said "mommy". I of course opened my eyes and saw my blonde hair girl, with big blue eyes, smiling at me. "Can you hug me?" Who can think of any better way to wake up then to simply be loved by somebody so innocent?
