You have to downsize the pic to less than 1 MB. Got to download.com and download a program called Irfanview. IT is supereasy to use and i use it to make all my pics smaller. Its free and with this program you can also modify your pics...like make htem black and white or change the colors around.

You can open them up in Paint, and go up to the menu and find "Skew/stretch" or whatever it is, and put in 50% on both lengh and width, and they'll shrink the picture to 50% the original size... or if they are REALLLLLY big, try 40%, or 30%, or if it isn't that big, you can move it back to 60%,70% or whatever
