It means that even if you do end up going out with him he'll treat you the same way and take photos & flirt with other girls. Watch out for that one.

It maybe but are you going to trust such a guy. Coz if he can do such to his existing gf, he could also do the same to you in future. Normally if a guy is interested in a gal, he will try to find out the gal's interest and any matters related to the girl. But remember if the guy has a gf, don't get too involved in the relation as he may just want to have a fling that's all and then go back to his gf. Unless he ahve totally breakoff from his gf, then it is a different case. So in your case I believe you have better judgement than any of us

He might, but if he has a gf it alsomeans he's a creep for making moves to you and keeping her.
