I want a zipping software that compresses .exe , .cab , .dat and
all vedio files to a large extent.

First of all, Video, Music and JPG files are already compressed. So compressing them with ZIP won't save much space. But further compressing these with without zipping them will only degrade the sound or picture. The only reason to use a Zip file for these, is to save them in a folder fashion.

You have a Zip compression feature that is built-in to Windows XP, just use that. Otherwise, look for a free version of WinZip... it's awesome and compatible with Windows XP zipping.
