i have no adaware, spyware, etc
virus protection mcaffee
adaware - spybot, adware, microsoft antispyware
what should i do, and how for FREE!
only give free suggestions pls.

Remove as many programs from the machine as possible especialy those that run at startup. Reduce the screen resolution.
