Starving yourself is really worse. Your body then says I'M STARVING and holds onto all weight.

Start by cutting out breads, rice, pasta and sweets. It will only take 2 or 3 days to get over carb cravings. Eat modest portions of veggies, fruits and meats. (lean)

I have had good success with the book "The Fat Flush Plan" I dropped 17 lbs in 10 days.
My exercise is walking, we walk 2 to 4 miles every evening.

See if the library has it. Good luck.

ok, so this is why people frit about being a model...gees... my advice... get your BMI (body mass index== weight x weight x height div by 703) compare it to a chart...then...all it takes it moderation and at least 30 mins of exercise daily. Also talk to your doctor. There is also the National food pyramid that is online that tells you what food groups to eat and the amounts visit it at www.mypramid.com. Anyway good luck...JB

i started a diet a month ago and i've already lost 10 pounds! i'm on a weight watchers diet and it is great because you don't starve your self! here's what you need to know:
you should:
-drink 1.5-2 L of water every day
-eat 5 portions of fruit and vegetables every day
-and 2 portions of calcium
here's the weight watchers system:
everything you eat is worth points and every day you have a limit of points to respect. for example, i'm allowed to eat 20 points per day and this morning, i ate 50g of bread (2 points), a teaspoon of butter (1 point) and 1dL of juice (1 point) so my breakfast was worth 4 points which leaves me 16 points for the rest of my day. the limit of points you can eat per day is based on your age, weight and height. to know how many points something is worth, you should buy this booklet i have with a list of all food and how many points they're worth or you can also buy a calculater that calculates points based on the calories and the fat. on weightwatcher.com, you can purchase all of that! i personally, go to the WW meetingswhich helps me alot! i also have a notebook in which i write every single thig i eat and the number of points it's worth... it helps me keep track of my progress and points. (there's a chart inside where you write your weight throughout the weeks)
if you need any help at all, don't hesitate at all! it's working for me, i hope it will for you too! ( =

I hear the celeberty diet works. It is a drink you can find in health stores and drug stores. The directions are on the bottle . Make sure it is safe for you. as for exercise a gym or personal trainer should help
