If you're a model, I would think you would know all the tricks in the book to stay thin and be telling the rest of us how to do it. Most of them use drugs, which I'm glad to hear that it sounds like you're not.
A high fiber diet sounds like the solution for you. Avoid meat. Eat lots of fruit and veggies. No soda, even if it's diet. Diet soda helps you hold onto fat. If you need caffeine, drink coffee or tea which will act as a diuretic. Drink non-fat milk, but no other dairy. No cheese, yogurt (which is full of sugar, unless you eat plain yogurt which is really good for you). No ice cream. No sugar at all. Eat oil instead of animal fat. Don't deprive yourself of oil. That will throw your body into storing fat. You don't want that. Eat bread, but only bread that is whole grain (like Food for Life's Ezekiel bread). Not Roman Meal, that is not whole grain.
Read labels for processed flour and eliminate it all together. This will insure you are eating a high fiber diet which will send the food streaming through your system and you will only take in what you need.
You will be fit, healthy and you'll feel great!

Well since you do cardio you are on the right track! What I would suggest for you to start out with would be to detox yourself...Which simply means for the next two weeks drink plenty of water ( a little juice) but completely cut out the meat and eat only fruits and veggies. Also fast paced walking first thing in the morning! Best of look to you!

Protein smoothies such as Genisoy, with frozen fruit and skim milk. Yummy, low calorie, no fat and very healthy.
Your cardio is good but you might want to consider stepping it up to 45 minutes a day and adding strength training since building muscle burns calories. Try some biceps and tricep work and lunges and squats and crunches.

A diet consisting of mostly liquids usually helps me drop pounds quick. Use a diet shake like Slimfast, take lots of vitamins and supplements, and eat soup. It's okay if the soup has some solid meats and vegetables in it because you need some. But keep it mostly liquids.

Just get you some of your "Favorite" fresh vegeez from the produce section, or have your people do it for you, and steam them.... I love all the squashes....Butternut, acorn, zuccini, just all of them,.... no calories, if you dont put butter on them,... eat whole wheat honey bran muffins, with a banana for breakfast... Before your morning coffee, or tea... It will not only give you energy, to work out all day long..... But, it will keep you "Regular" onlike, laxitives... God forbid, dont do the laxitives-thing, like so many top models do..... And for your poultry, have Salmon, smoked, or baked, with just herbs on it..... Or Natural baked honey chicken, with honey & fresh garlic,on it !! Yummo!! All the above foods I suggested, are all nothing but "Nutritious!!" And will only give you so much energy, to work out, and feel "Happy" doing it!! These foods make you Happy, too!! But, just remember to only eat amounts as large as your fist!!! You can eat several times a day...... But, just portions as big as your fist, only, or you'll stretch out your stomache!! I too, used to be a "Model" when I was a teen, and this diet, helped me, for many years, to come!!! Good-Luck, to you!!! Smile, you'll do just fine!! Oh, and drink lots of water!!! Just not so much that you get "Full" from it, because, you do need to eat, its so important!!! And only drink water,as your thirsty, or after your work-outs, and after you've had something to eat!! Stay away from diet foods & drinks!! There so bad for you, and alcohol, is only fatting........

You are fine, and don't need to lose weight. You just want to, because you buy into that unhealthy heroin-chic look that models promote. Do what other models do (but won't admit to). Use drugs, especially speed, vomit after eating, use laxatives, and get cosmetic surgery. This is what you have to do to keep up.

if u wanna drop it fast then a liquid diet is the best any workout that gets u sweating alot (running works) then wen uve lost the weight stay on the diet eating one solid meal a day or snack lightly throughout the day

for breakfast have plain yougurt with cut fruits for lunch have some toasted low calorie bread and for dinner have a wheat pasta with onions and tomatoes and run on the treadmill for an hour but no incline, you will build muscle. whenever you are hungry eat fruit.
