to find out what graphics you have in your p.c go to start>control panel>display properties>settings>advanced>adapter....this will give you the name of your graphic card and also the memory it has ,aswell as the ramdac(ram/digital to anologue converter) and the core frequency and bios info
the main info you need to look at is the cards name and its memory,normally either 64mb,128mb or 256mb
for a more in-depth info of your card use the software si-soft sandra lite(http://www.download.com/3000-2086-10018691.html),this will give you every bit of info you will ever need on your graphics card as well as info on your motherboard,sound card,ram,and also detailed info on your windows operating system,including your product license key!

Right click on desktop, go to settings.
There it will say your graphics card. (under display)

First right click on your desktop scroll down to properties click on it go to last tab on right showing settings and it will tell you.
