I am from Maine so I would have to say all of it, but the best is Lobsters steamed with clams, corn on the cob and red potaotes.
Maine shrimp is the best i am not too high on chineese shrimp or cocktail shrimp

mine is baby shrimp and white lump crab i love to mix baby shrimp and the crab meat with shredded mozzerella cheese chopped geen onion,diced red pepper roll in egg roll wrapper fry and drain on paper towl try it i think you'll love it
