Hi everyone. I just recently received a job offer and have to take a drug screen at a laboratory before I get it. I have to admit that yes, I did smoke about 2.5 or three weeks ago, and before that I smoked about 5 times that month. I am not a heavy user, as in I usually smoke two or three times a month, and I am very athletic and trim. I work out 4 or 5 days a week so my metabolism is very high. I also drink lots of water, so I am pretty confident that most of the THC found in the metabolites in my urine is gone.
I took an at-home drug screen test (by Pharmatech - the first one to be approved by the FDA) and tested negative. Are these at-home tests similar to drug screens at labs? If so, I feel confident that I will pass it. I understand that drug screens are much different than drug tests.
Also, do you know if there is a questionnaire that we have to fill out before taking the drug screen? Do they ask if you have smoked recently, and if so, do you just say no?
