It won't take too long. Keep practicing... Just playing different chords in different orders... The best advice I can give is to lay all of your fingers down at the same time. Don't start with 1or 2 fingers in the right position etc... You hand will develop "muscular memory" this way. It may seem harder at first... But, you'll learn faster and the speed will already be there once you can accurately change chords like this.

When I was just beginning to play, a friend of mine who plays very well suggested that I play the first chord for four beats, then change to the second for four, then repeat that exercise until the change was comfortable. At that point, I was to do the same, except for two beats in each case until I could do that easily, then move on to one. I found it very helpful. Give it a try.

who cares, just keep trying till you get comfortable.
Ask stuff about global warming, Iraq, personal relationships.
While you are thinking of good questions , practice your chord changes.
Before you know it, you'll be quicker!
