A mix off 1/2 cup beer and 1 egg for great shine. Or if your not grossed out by mayo- take 3 tbs and rub all over your hair and put a cap on for 1hr (or under a hair dryer for 1/2hr for deep condition) it shines and conditions too.
Wash out and style as usual.

Silk is the best thing...bcz it's a natural product. But it's pricey. It does come from the silkworm you know.
But, there's products out there with 'polymer' that will give you shine. Go to a beauty supply store and ask them for a good product that won't make your hair feel dirty too fast, and one that's not too expensive. they'll show you some to pick from
good luck

i have heard of girls who comb mayonnaise through their hair to make it shiny and softer. Let it sit in your hair for a little while and wash out with a conditioning shampoo and finish with conditioner. Never tried it myself, let me know how it goes!

Hair Gel is one, and natural oils are another.

The ancient Greeks used olive oil on their hair. Nowadays, hair products are starting to have olive oil in them. Imagine that.

Um.... they have this new product called instant shine... Its kinda expensive, but its worth it because it reallly works. It's a spray that you spray on your hair when it's dry. It was developed by oprah's stylist and she paid her stylist $100,000 to try to invent a new anti-frizzer for oprah's frizzes. So, the stylist made it, they made it available to the public, and that's what instant shine is.
It realllllly works, and is available at ults..... $15 for a 12oz bottle.

i have really shiny hair, and i don't wash it everyday cuz it strips the natural oils from your hair. i use garneir fructis long and strong shampoo and conditioner, and if i blow dry my hair (which is really bad cuz it fries your hair and causes split ends and frizziness), i comb conditioner through it first or bedhead split end mender. get regular trims to keep the ends nice and split-free.
