If you have sensitive skin it could be irritated by shaving. Make sure you use conditioner/shaving gel and don't dry shave. Also use a nice moisturizer to keep your legs smooth

Its razor bumps, Save shaving for one of the last things you do before getting out of the shower. Let the water hit your legs before shaving. Once you get out of the shower apply lotion on your legs. That will keep them smooth.

Don't use the disposable shavers like Bic, they have a tendency to do that, try Gillette Venus. Also, don't shave with just water or dry shaving, use a shaving cream, and if you can't believe it or not conditioner is a quick fix!

DONT USE NAIR!!!!! My God are you some knid of sadist suggesting nair... that stuff is useful only for chemical warfare!!! Its like a weapon of mass destruction or something!!! But ferrealdo... moisturize 1st and rinse a quality razor in cold water when you shave, then moisturize again.... an electric razor may irritate less but is not as smooth of a shave

Noooooo!!! Dont use Nair. that is the product that pulls the hair out. Remember all the people saying ouch! this stuff you have to rip on your skin! to get the hair off! ... Me to I used to use a razor blade for years on my face and it would be all red, and get zits. Razor blades open pores on your skin. SWITCH to an electric razor! I did, I dont get that anymore.
