Most smaller companies will bag nuts with the same bagging machines and although they are cleaned between products, traces of the previous product may remain. A responsible company will note this on the packaging. My company process our raw pecans (not the various flavors) separate, so those traces are non-existent.

Some company's do but, they are obligated to let consumers know by acknowledgement on the packaging because of allergies. Your best bet is to buy from a local farmer that has their own orchards or buy whole nuts and crack them yourself.
