ATKINS NEW DIET REVOLUTION" on :http://www.amazon.com , used it usually sells for a couple dollars, or in your book clubs like: http://www.qpb.com,there are several diet guide and cookbooks available for this program, including a quick start guide for use after you read the book that really helps you prepare correctly thetitle is:THE ATKINS ESSENTIALS, also there is : ATKINS FOR LIFE ,this is not really a diet but a lifestyle change manual for everyone, please read the whole book and follow the directions to the letter and it will work for most people. also check with your doctor first to see if some medical condition exists to prevent your child from using this program or a condition like a thyroid condition as i have prevents weight loss naturally, i have used Atkins for awhile and lost 34 lbs. , i aways lose when i follow the rules. good luck , god bless and love life and live a life of love and be happy just because you can. like i said most of these books can be purchased use on amazon.com or new from amazon or qpb.com or a connected book club for a reasonable price. this is one program that really works.
