Any suggestions? I don't want to have to go to the store to buy anything.. looking for easy ingredients...

Crockpot Pork Chops Delight
4 - 6 boneless pork chops

seasoned flour for dredging (flour, salt, pepper, etc)

2 T. vegetable oil

1 large onion, sliced

2 C. chicken broth

2 T. flour

8 oz. sour cream

Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Dredge pork chops in seasoned flour and brown in skillet, turning to brown both sides.

Layer chops in crockpot with onion slices. Pour chicken broth over. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.

Stir the 2 tablespoons of flour into the sour cream until smooth. Stir sour cream into the crockpot and blend into the cooking juices. Raise the crockpot to high for 15-30 minutes or until the liquid has thickened.

Serve these tender chops with the sauce over noodles or rice.

Crock Pot Pork Chops with Mushroom Sauce
Serving Size: 6

6 Pork Chops, thick
2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1/8 Tsp Sage
1 (10-3/4 oz can) 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Tbsp Onion Flakes, dried

Trim the excess fat from the chops and use it to grease a large skillet. Over high heat, brown each chop lightly on both sides. Salt and pepper
each as it finishes and place it in the crock pot.

Add the sage. Pour the soup (undiluted) and the onion flakes into the still hot skillet. Scrape the pan juices and turn them into the crock pot.

Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or High for 4-5 hours.

Pork Chop Casserole

6-8 pork chops
salt to taste
pepper to taste
oil
2 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 large green pepper, sliced
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
16- oz. can tomatoes

1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown in oil in skillet. Transfer to slow cooker.

2. Add remaining ingredients in order listed.

3. Cover. Cook on Low 8 - 10 hours or on High 3-4 hours.

CROCKPOT BARBEQUED PORK CHOPS 6 pork chops Barbeque sauce Trim fat from pork chops. Brown on both sides in skillet. Put 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce in bottom of crockpot. Place one chop on the barbeque sauce and spread another 1-2 tablespoons sauce on top. Repeat with all chops. Spread a little extra on last chop. Cook on high for one hour; then on low for 3 more hours OR cook on high for 2 hours. Serve with baked potatoes

Autumn Pork Chops

6 pork chops
2 medium acorn squash -- unpeeled
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar -- packed
3/4 teaspoon brown bouquet sauce
1 tablespoon orange juice
1/2 teaspoon orange peel -- grated

Trim excess fat from chops. Cut each squash into 4 to 5 crosswise slices; remove seeds.

Arrange 3 chops on bottom of slow-cooking pot.

Place all squash slices on top; then another layer of remaining 3 chops.

Combine salt, butter, sugar, bouquet sauce, orange juice, and orange peel. Spoon over chops.

Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until done.

Serve one or two slices of squash with each pork chop.

Tomato sauce, a bit a basil, salt and pepper to taste, cook rice or noodles (spaghetti works too)...add a bit of hot pepper or fresh chilli or jalapeno with the pork chops....onions and garlic add to flavor.

Just season the chops and brown slightly. Place them into the crock pot and cover with sourkraut and a little brown sugar.

Lipton onion soup, can of cream of mushroom, potaoes quatered, carrots, put chops on bottom, then add stuff on top. low setting then see ya go shopping .LOL
