It depends on what he likes. If you see him regularly -discreetly- pay attention to what he notices about women. Does he watch them walk away, look at their legs, tell someone a certain color is nice?? Is he an intellectual? Is he into physical beauty? Both?? Be observant- because not all types of flirting work for every guy. One may like it and another may think you're annoying.
Play on those things-if he has nice eyes-tell him his shirt brings out the color. If he's into music-research the group he likes and get tickets to a concert.Or, if he wears cologne-(and this is not at the office!!) get close to his neck and smell it.Tell him it's intoxicating w/ a smile and strong gaze. Be subtle but not too subtle-because he may not get the hint. . Smiling when you see him and making direct eye contact is a must!!!
***What you can and can't do depends on if this is work, school, or at the gym (casual place) -you want to still have your job if all else fails and you won't want to see him daily and be forced to work w/ him if it doesn't work out***

There are all kinds of ways of flirting. The most important is to make the other person feel that they have your attention. Laugh at their jokes. Touch them lightly when they're talking. Look them in the eyes. Do what comes naturally. Most flirting is unconscious.

Write a note on a small piece of paper. Put your message, phone number, etc on it. Spray it with perfume. Hand it to the guy and walk off. Wait for the phone call.

alright. its not hard to flirt. once the guy starts you just gotta go along with it. if he likes you, he'll flirt. if you can't start flirting with him, then hes not really going along with it, hes not into you.
