How should I adjust to accommodate ?.. I planned to bake all 3 (or 4) at the same time, shouldn't that equate to the same temps and times as one larger cake?.. Or should I turn the temp down and bake longer?

Your loaf pans will have about the same depth (thickness) as a traditional cake layer pan, so the temperature and time shouldn't change much between a layer pan and a loaf pan. Also, cooking more than one pan at a time will not change the overall temperature or cooking time, as the oven will adjust and maintain the same temperature, no matter how many pans you have on the rack.

I would keep the same time and temperature, and just start checking the mini-cakes about 10 minutes prior to the end time...just as you would with any cake. Good luck!

Keep the temperature the same and reduce the baking time. Can't tell you how much faster your smaller cakes will bake without knowing the size and shape of the pans. Baking time is affected by both batter depth and distance of center from the edges. A rough guide, If you make 3 cakes out of mix for 1 be prepared to check them after 1/3 of the suggested baking time.

Trying to gauge the time is difficult when you are cooking a smaller amount of batter than the recipe calls for. Cakes are done when they pull away from the sides of the pan and bounce back when you press the center of the top. You can also check by inserting a toothpick in the center and when it comes out clean, the cake is done.

If you are using mini loaf pans about the same size as large muffins, I would use same temp but cut the time to about 30 min. Start checking them at 25 min.

There should be no problem using the times for the larger pans. You're simply dispersing the batter in different size pans.
