i am 18 years old, asian, female, 5.1feet, and 106 pound
i do swimming 3 three times a week and jogging once a week.
i don't eat fast food or soda
how can i lose more weight?
i know i am in a normal weight but i want to lose 4 pounds more... please help me

I don't think you need to lose any more weight, but try Turbo Jam, or dance.

I think you're fine! you don't need to lose weight. But if you really want to, the the best way is not to eat anything between lunch and dinner, and have dinner before 7 30pm. Not a grape after that. It'll work for SURE. This'll make you lose more inches than weight.I think you have a pretty perfect weight and you shouldn'y get so obsessed about it.

First of all, stop looking at the scale. It is useless. YOur weight will fluctuate daily and it will drive you crazy if you allow it to do so.

Just look at your body in the mirror. If you have excess flab, then your goal should be to get tight and toned- not to lose some arbitrary number of pounds.

You are already doing plenty of cardio. I would cut out one cardio session and add two resistance training sessions per week. This will increase muscle mass and increase metabolism. Also, eat often- don't starve yourself as that kills your metabolism. Try to eat more lean meats and fibrous vegetables and less processed sugars and carbs. Drink lots of fluids.

I think you have a Problem like so many young Ladies.
For you there is no need to loose more weight, or go on any Diet.
Just keep on doing what you are doing, exercise, but don't over do it, eat a healthy Diet, drink plenty of Fluid, Water, unsweetened Juice, Milk but limited your intake in Coffee or Alcohol.

You don't need to lose any more weight. It's that simple. You're already 8 lbs. underweight. My suggetion, do some weight training and add on some muscle. This will help you gain "weight" but not fat. You'll look healthy and not sickly.

well theres really no reason you should be loosing any more weight at all, but if you really want to, jogging burns more fat than swimming, however swimming puts on more muscle so to lose weight jog bout 3 times a week instead of one

If you really want to....drop sugars. You'd be surprised at the sugars in fruit alone. Or carbs.

But really, the weight you are at is healthy! You dont want to be looking like Nicole Richie now, do you? :( Guys really tend to live a girl with some curves. Boney is gross!!!!!!

you sound very healthy to me girl,if your eating right, no sugar , white flour , junk foods , sodas.etc. and you exercise as you say , your weight sounds like it is correct, you must remember muscle weighs more than fat , so if you exercise a lot you probably very muscular, so relax , your in good shape! love life and live a life of love and be happy just because you can.
