i have been searching for this answer since you have posted this questions and not one single search engine or site i have checked out has the answer to this question its a mystery in my eyes I know that it was Invented some 250 years ago, and that baby walkers make infants mobile -- too mobile, pediatricians say. From 1990 through 2001, baby walker injuries sent nearly 200,000 U.S. babies to emergency rooms. Three out of four of these babies fell down stairs. Most suffered head wounds. Some died. Not sure but they shouldnt have been invented as they are very dangerous!

An idiot. Sorry I just don't like them they are very dangerous regardless how careful you are. I learned from experience on the one.
