Maybe think about what your going to wear when you go to a restaurant, wear something very light weight dont wear too many layers.Also if your drinking alot of alcohol that might not be helping,you might have to try drinking water just while your having your meal.

Sweat, sweat, sweat. Oh, that embarrasing trickle when you definately do not need it. In front of the girl you want to marry? In an interview? On the toilet? It happens to us all but the one thing you can do to cut down on excess sweating is to (this may be hard) commit to regular exercise and maintain a HEALTHY DIET. I for one, enjoy sweat. I love it when i can feel those fresh droplets tickling my spine, or even when the odour becomes stale and begins to wreak like pasties. Take it easy chief!

Yes i do its to do with the climate control in restaurants they keep it warmer so you drink more, the more you drink the more money they make.Just be cheeky and ask the waiter/ess to turn the heating down.

restaurants can be very hot places, drink plent of cold water while eating your dinner this may work, otherwise invest in a small portable fan!!
