It really all depends on how much fat you are carrying on your stomach. This is almost always the last place a person will lose fat because it's where the body automatically stores fat for survival. It may be possible to drop a 1/2" to 1" from the waist line in 4 weeks, but it won't happen with out a combination of cardio, weight training, ab work (every other day) and a clean diet. It may be a bit smaller in 4 weeks, but won't be flat. Good luck!

It is possible. You have to do a lot of sit- ups though. So do about 20 a day to start, then start raising the amount by the week to make sure you're used to it. Make sure that you are not eating too late at night, for example don't eat anything after 7-8 o'clock PM. Drink a lot of water, but not too much. (Have you heard to the woman who died drinking too much water? It's horrible.) The right amount (8 glasses a day) will however cleanse the toxins from your body.

how much tummy are you trying to loose, if it's quit a bit, then no, but you can have a good head start on it.
If you only have a little pouch, then yes, it''s possible, with a vigorous routine of sit-ups and squat thrusts , you will tighten it up nice. But as with any exercise, do it in moderation, set up a healthy routine and monitor yourself daily. Good luck.

Possible yes...
Not good as well, unless you practice a lipo!...
But if what you are looking is diet, any professional would suggest you to stop eating for a month, you will return to you current figure easily...
You better take a professional advise...

No, there is no "get skinny quick" plan --- only time and hard work, and even then you might not get rock hard 6-pack abs. Just eat right, exercise, and be healthy, and don't worry about your size. People come in all shapes and sizes ..... just be healthy and happy!
