I read in an answer to a question that muslims believe they have to kill at least one infidel to get to their heaven. I have never felt a need to bash muslims before but if this is true and there ingnorance causes innocent people to be killed then it is a whole different story.

It's not true, not in reality and not even according to Islam.
You should be questioning the morals of the person who made up that lie.

Brother this is NOT true you can not believe everything u hear. YOu have to understand that right now in the US people say things anything to bash islam bc they know people here do not much education in other peoples religions. Most please this looks ignorant but christains seem to think you are a sinner if you look into other religions. Just like I hear people say the prophet (pbh) married his wife aisha at 6 this is a lie i do not even know where they got that from. She was engaged right before her menses (around 12) then they married after she started she was a teen ager by then. So what my grandmother was married at this age so was my mom many Americans I know older generations was as well. This is no new thing life used to be this way

How can this be so?? It was just Run over CNN a 48 minutes special of a video that declared, If America does not convert to Islam, then we will be attacked, If Islam means Peace and If Killing Is bad.. Why is this coming to pass??? God is a Loving God.. He would Never Kill someone for Not Converting.. So, that shows, Allah and God are two different Beliefs, My God, MY Savior, My Jesus would Never have a Christian kill another Person for not Converting... that is plain Evil.. If what this guy says is true, then why is this happening? I would NEVER Convert!!!! I believe that JEsus Christ Is Lord, Savior and Messiah, I am a Christian, and I will stand in my faith!!!

No Sir/Madam. It is no where in the Holy Qur'an, according to the best of my reading. And I have not heard it from any scholar/preacher either. It was never quoted in the meetings of InterReligious Dialogue Association; and, I have presided over the meetings for many years, in my country. Such a good question helps in developing understanding and InterFaith Peace, a need of the hour. May you be Blessed !

How literally do you want to take the Korna? Most Muslims, like their Christian brothers, ignore the more graphic parts of their holy books. In factm the idea of 'Infidel Killing' was due in no small part to the Crusades, the part of the Koran it is mentioned in is actually a Historial story of the crusader wars.
So no, Mulims dont believe it anymore. In the middle ages, yes, they did, as did the European Christians who went to fight them

but it's important to remember to pray for these people that they recieve the gospel word of God. We have missionaries in muslim countries building underground churches. A lot of them are coming to Christ, but it is still dangerous work, they can be put to death for owning even one page of the bible. We just had 4 out of a group of 5 missionaries killed in Iraq. The one who survived was shot 22 times. These people NEED Christ in their lives.

THAT IS NOT TRUE. people just want to criticize muslims. i am muslim and no "killing is wrong". those terrorists are bad muslims who don't actually follow the rules of the quran. don't listen to them, muslims are not stupid and crazy people. muslims are normal people who read the Quran, cover themselves, and love God!
