So that society in general can keep telling boys it's a good thing to lose their virginity and if they do their "the man" and keep telling girls their slags.
Also so teenagers have something to do when they can't get into clubs or bars.
And if people didn't have sex their would be nothing to talk about at break time. Their would be no films because if you think about it all films have an element of sex in them.

Apparently you are too young to be wondering this. Because if you were old enough, you would already know the answer to the question: Hormones, and the cravings and urges to have sex. These feelings are very natural because they were intended to motivate us to have sex so that we could keep reproducing.

The urge to mate is built in to the human race and in all animals. We need to continue having babies, or at least we used to need to. Having overpopulated the world its now more a hobby, an obsession, or a team sport with many.

Sex has one role in nature. Reproduction. Our animal mind makes us strive to ensure our genes are passed on to our offspring.
The fact that it's enjoyable makes us want to do it more and more and hence increase the chances of making more babies!
