It's good. We went with our 2 and 4 year olds, and they loved it. The safari took a long time as it was a busy day, but they were really excited and loved feeding the giraffes.

The other exhibits are good, especially the sea-lion show. It's well organised and good value. The toilets are basic but fine. We weren't impressed by the food which was very junk / burger orientated.

I thought it was a very good day out for little ones, and great value when compared to more expensive attractions. Cheap, cheerful fun.

I've been many times, my son (7) loves it. There is a good long safari drive through that takes at least an hour to go through, plus an amusements area with rides, and a new 'bat cave' with an Aye Aye - one of only a few in captivity in the UK, I really loved the bat cave - the bats fly free all around you. There are seals a reptile house, and so forth. It's a good d ay out, and we usually go once a year.

Sadly a few years ago they were forced to destroy all their monkeys, they all caught some nasty disease, but at least they don't rip all the mouldings off your car now.

I'd recommend it, and they also usually give you a ticket for the same car to re-enter free, so it's two for one. Give it a go.

Go in memory of poor old Steve Irwin. Crikey!

yes absolutely brilliant, go every year with kids, but be careful in twilight cave with bats, 9 year old son there last week and bat flew into him, gave him a black eye and nasty scratch on cheek, ended up at casualty, luckily had glasses on, now just waiting for full moon, or watching for him sleeping from the lamp shade! although first aider and staff couldnt have been more helpful, and we got free visit to go again, and free ride tickets, what more could you ask for
