A broken heart brings out the worst of emotions inside of us, how you overcome them emotions is up to you. A few will take their own lives to stop the heartbreak.
But you can't just naturally die from a heartbreak... I mean come on... what, does your heart just stop beating?

A sequence of emotional thoughts, depression, holding to the need to cry when it hurts, avoiding tears, anger and frustration, disappointments on him or her self, not feeling confident about him or her self, seeing their self as failures in life, loosing the will to fight for another day for hope, loosing the will to live. Will cause heart contractions to hold in a pulse for a longer time. Loosing the normal heart beat rhythm.

It feels like that sometimes but you have to remember that in 5 years time...it will not hurt that much. It is a cliche but I firmly believe time heals everything...
