Looking at your past questions I can see that you are stuck in a rut looking for love and getting off talkig about sex related stuff. When we find lumps with no reasonable explanation we see a doctor - it's free at clinics all over town.
I'd like to scare you with telling you about bumps as evidence of playing with "it" but then I think you know that.
Get a career going. Ask a question that is helpful rather than this kind of stuff that gets you off. Just advice.
