I think it is a quick fix for losing weight. When you have reached your goal weight you will go back to eating normally - am i right?> Then you will put on weight again.
You sound like you are doing all the right things, just maybe eat 3 balanced meals a day and drink lots of water to keep a straight weight, and that way your body will know when to expect its next meal.
I can understand its hard work eating cereals twice a day, what a bore and you must get hungry/cravings....
Maybe if you don't want to stop what you are doing, eat some fruit inbetween the cereals, that way you will be still getting all the right vitamins/nutrients being on this diet.

That is not good. To stay healthy your body requires a certain amount of nutrients that are only found in specific foods. While I am a follower of the "OATMEAL IN THE MORNING" because of its wonderful benefits, and maybe later as a snack, eating 2 full meals with CEREAL is just crazy.
If you eat proper portions and follow the basic food pyramid, you will get all of the calories that you need and most of the nutrients. My suggestion to you is to find a good calorie calculator online (I just attached), so that you see exactly how many calories you should be looking towards. OR ask your doctor.

NOT HEALTHY AT ALL!!! You need to eat 3 meals a day, and at least 2 healthy snacks a day. You're not getting the nutrients you need to keep your body healthy and functioning normally. And if you're not losing any weight, then this is exactly why. A person should never drop below 1200 calories a day. By starving yourself and eating unhealthy, you aren't doing your body any good and may even be causing more damage. Start eating more and stop trying to kill yourself.

Yes, it works.
However, due to the nature of the diet, as soon as you start to eat 'normally' again, the weight will go back on at a quicker rater. Therefore, it's a bit of a swizz. It really is true that the only way to lose weight permanently is by heathy eating and exercise.

It might keep you on the loo all day but you are not going to get all the vitamins and minerals you need.
Better having a bowl of porridge for breakfast,
fruit as mid morning snack,
Salad or soup for dinner,
Yoghurt for snack,
Meat and veg for tea,
you could even have a glass of wime too!

Mustard is a secret bulge-buster. It boosts your metabolism and raises natural ephadrine, the hormone that burns fat. According to Jeya Holly, professor of human nutrition with Oxford Brookes University, just a tablespoon with your food can reduce a flabby waist by 20 percent!

Its ok actually as milk contains soo much good stuff. Can you really stick to it though long term? As soon as you go back to eating normal you will put weight on again - but hey, you can shift some first!!

Fatty coconut milk: Believe it or not, it contains good fats that are important for keeping your metabolic rate ticking. One meal, like a new delicious Thai green curry, can in fact increase your metabolism by 5 percent, says research published in this International Journal of Obesity.

People who plan their weekly meals tend to be successful at losing weight than those who don’t. Plan your dishes to add in healthy carbs such as nice potato and wholegrain pasta, greens and lean proteins, buy the many ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to eat out or order in.
