You all seem to pick the second one, but in reality, it's a different story and the man with the money and looks will always win you over.

What about the guy who makes money, who's happy and honest and not so good looking or the guy who's not wealthy, full of lies,
unhappy in life though good looking?

Any true woman would take the guy who's honest and happy but if it so happens that he isn't so good looking physically his inner beauty would take care of that.
You pick a person for who they are not what they have. Even if he's the hottest guy around the block it means nothing if he doesn't have those good characteristics.

i would pick the one who is not so wealthy and who is honest and happy with what hes got because you need every expensive thing to be happy

The guy with the money, marry him, immediately become eligible for half his net worth, divorce him in six months, gather up your loot. Then find your honest happy guy, of course you will have to support him.
