Come out and ask him, "How long are we gonna like one another before we do something about it?"

maybe he is shy, you know it is the 21st century you could make the first move yourself. Just call him up or send him a text message askin him if he would like to go out this weekend but try and have a suggestion in mind before you do it or else if he agrees and asks you where you want to go you will both be silently tryin to come up with something. Also avoid the cinema on the 1st date, there's no point in sitting in a dark, quiet theatre for 3 hours with somebody you are trying to get to know better. Good luck!

er, why is it up to him ?
Sexism is alive and well in the dating game obviously
He could also have a Yahoo Question that reads almost the same:
she said she liked me (as in fancy) and i said liked her to in that way and yet she still hasnt done anything about it... what should i do
Make his day, give him a call

I know exactly what you mean...I'm in the exact same position. What is with boys? Urg your best bet is talk to him in general...make sure he knows your still interested...flirt! haha. Also are there any places you both hang around or are likely to see each other? But don't end up stalking him...not a good look! And you don't have to wait for him...ask him out...it might seem like the hardest thing in the world but actually it's not as difficult as it sounds. have fun and good luck!

Get your mind on school and learning. Boring? No smart. Anyway, it's been said a million times but girls don't listen. Boys act when they want to and what they want to act on is not good for the girl. Boy and men can leave. Girls can't. That's just the way it is. Girls have to be smarter and get past the crush stage.

Don't beat around the bush!!! Approach him and get it out of the way. If you two like each other then go for it. Playing games can just end up hurting one of you or in the worst case scenario, BOTH OF YOU!!!

Ask him to go out for dinner or maybe a coffee if dinner is too forward. There is no rule today that says the woman can't ask the man

You might ask him for a definition of "like" or "fancy" and see if he gets the hint.

Start a tickle fight with him, and then you get the kiss in. Its the best way to break the ice but you've got to initiate the kiss. He may be too shy.
