You can buy a 1979 Learjet for around $1,200,000 USD with a lot of spares such as engines etc. New ones start out at around $5 Million. You can buy nice Gulfstreams for around $5 to $12 Million, the Diamond D-Jet sells for around $1,200,000 USD, the Honda Jet is not yet priced, but expect anywhere around $5 Million for it, there are lots of Very light Jets coming to the world market such as Exels, Hawkers, The AdamJet A700-www.adamjet.com ( thats a beauty) will feauture in the new -"MiamiVice" the Movie take your pick ! That depends on the model, make, size you want and passenger capacity, the speed you want it to go and the range to fly in, also the interior and such, pilots you'll hire, maintenance and fuel cost etc. You also pay parking and landing and take off fees for each air field you'll use. etc. So most start at around 1.5 million and up but when you start adding in all those extras the price can sky rocket quickly into the hundreds of millions and one the boeing business jet a retrofitted 737/500 or higher can run in the billions.
