I rampaged through my refrigerator this weekend for no apparent reason. This a.m., I got on the scale, read the sad truth of my indiscretions, and plan on resuming normal eating now. A hop on the scale is usually enough to get me back in control before I've done too much damage. It's a heck of a lot easier to take off 3 pounds than it is 33!

Everything in the refrigerator? Well, amusingly, I do that quite often when I come back from 2 back-to-back soccer games but I am a pretty active guy, I run in the mornings, lift 3-4 times a week so it doesn't really matter. But there have been times when I have eaten more than I am supposed to (like 2 whole boxes of pasta, not kidding) and I usually wait 3-4 hours and go out for a run or jog, usually for 1.5-2 hours, slowing my pace time to time.... as far as feeling goes, yeah, you feel gross and tell yourself you'll never do it again but you do, its in our nature. We humans always have an urge to do things that we know are bad for us, but you know, it takes time to win over it... maybe you can try keeping less food in your refrigerator? Or maybe keeping only healthy food... give away the rest? Good luck and I hope this makes you feel better :P
