Divorce comes before Marriage in dictionary.

In real life also, there is a scenario where divorce comes before marriage. If you are in a monogamous society, and you are married, and you want to marry again....you will have to obtain divorce (of previous wife) before marriage (with the other woman).

A divorce definitely comes before the second marriage. Because unless you divorce your current spouse, you can't possibly remarry (except in Islamic countries where four wives at the same time allowed)
