The long green chillis that are usually full of water that shoots out when you bite into them! They have them on Salad bars and additional to Jalapenos in Subway restaurants in the US?

By the way im from uk so we dont get any chillis like this in an average store. bell peppers sounds right maybe... they look slightly shrivelled (not sundried) but are so tasty!

The best for kebabs is bell pepper, you can either use the green, orange or yellow. Cut them up into square shapes. If you are looking for a particular pepper you will for sure find them in the asian shops you have there.

You can usually find them in Asian food shops - I always buy the BIGGEST jar possible - yum yum yum!
