Interesting how Buddhists and Jews have similar beliefs in that they both believe that how one lives in this world is much more important than how one gets to the next world...

Believers of what? God? No. That we are responsible for our own experiences in life? Yes. Buddhists believe in a heaven and hell, but these states are experienced as a result of the mind. When enlightenment is reached, both heaven, hell and everything else is understood clearly.

Buddhists practice the principles that Christ taught, yet they don't believe in a God. I call a person who practices spiritual principles more of a believer than a person who claims that they are a believer and yet doesn't practice the principles....

Do you mean believers of God?
They do believe in God as a living beings who dwells in the heaven as Chief of angels. They believe that he is not the Creator of all things and that he too, like human beings will one day die and be reborn again into one of six realms of existence.
They believe that human beings can be reborn into heaven as angels through performing good deeds, charity and compassion to all, and that even after being born into heaven for million of years, they will again die and fall into the six realms. This process continues for eternity until one become enlightened to the causes of existence. And this could be possible in this lifetime or another existences.
Take care.
